Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped through the United States Postal Service using their pricing. All orders have a $2.00 packaging and handling fee added. Orders over $50.00 and under a certain weight can be standard shipped for free when that shipping method is chosen. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment being confirmed. All customers will be provided a package tracking number via phone or email.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with your purchase. You may return unused merchandise within 15 days for an exchange or return except for Earrings, Jewelry and Undergarments which are non-refundable due to health and safety concerns. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card or PayPal Account.

Returns for refund after 15 days, but before 30 days will result in an online Paper Doll Gems store credit. Returns after30 days are not allowed . Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable. 

FOR All ORDERS THERE IS A 5% RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED FROM REFUND TOTAL.

How should I return something to Paper Doll Gems?

1.With the reason for the exchange/return.

2.We will issue a return authorization number, to be placed on the outside of the box.

*PLEASE NOTE:  Earrings, Jewelry and Undergarments are non-refundable due to health and safety concerns.*
